  • Tornado is a non-carrier of F11 out of TF Terutani, a full Tajima bull who is a cross between two Tajima lines, the Kikunori Doi on his sire’s side and the Yasutani Doi on TF Terutani’s dam side.  TF Terutani has also sired our lead marbling cow, VTW02, now owned by Bowman Farms.
  • Tornado’s dam is VTB17, a large Beijirou daughter with Hirashigetayasu and Sanjirou on her dam’s side
  • This bull has demonstrated a remarkable rate of marbling in our University of Vermont live ultrasound sequential scans, achieving higher marbling scores at a quicker rate than all of his contemporaries tested at VT Wagyu
